Delivery & Returns

Delivery will be by APC courier or Royal Mail Next Day Special delivery for orders above £50.00 and by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery for orders under £50.00.

Although most products are normally in stock, there may be times when we have to special order specific products or a product may be out of stock. In those instances, we will email to inform you.  We aim for you to receive your products within 2-4 weeks.

Please note some products may have been discontinued. We endeavour to mark those products as soon as we possibly can after being informed by INON Japan, however, some products that have been discontinued may not been shown as such.
